Space is limited and will be reserved on a first come first served basis. Register early to avoid disappointment.
REGISTRATION POLICY AND FEE PAYMENT
For all bookings a 25% non-refundable deposit/participant is required to hold a spot in the program/camp. Cash or certified cheque only
Balance of payment due one month prior to arrival at camp
Confirmation of numbers in an all inclusive group is required 2 weeks in advance of each program
A formal acceptance, copy of the waiver and clothing list will be mailed upon receipt of registration and deposit
Invoices are calculated on the confirmed number, no exceptions
Make cheques payable to “ Wild Horse Mountain Outfitters”
Our Outfitters Insurance requires that all participants sign a waiver

Please contact us in advance in regards to types of groups and abilities of riders.
Cancellations
Wild Horse Mountain Outfitters reserves the right to cancel a program due to low enrolment or inclement weather. The fee will be refunded in full or it can be transferred to another program.
If a participant/group cancels a booking 7 days or greater from the start of their program they will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
If a participant/group cancels a booking less than 7 days prior to the start of a program they will be charged full fees. No exceptions.
Our expenses are fixed in advance based on a definite number of clients for a specified time, therefore there will be no rebates or deductions taken from any fees for entering late or leaving early.
In the event that a client cannot attend any session for medical reasons (doctor's certificate required), at the discretion of the camp director, a credit for the unused portion of their session can be granted to be used toward their tuition the following year.
Any client violating camp rules and regulations or using or possessing drugs or alcohol on or off premises during their stay will be expelled and their fees will not be refunded.
Any client that exhibits emotional, behavioural or psychological conditions, which are disruptive to the camp program or harmful to themselves or others, will be removed from camp, at their expense, without refund of fee.
I understand that photographs of myself or my child, at camp, may be used for advertising or promotion and that my positive statements about Wild Horse Mountain Outfitters may be used as testimonials for publicizing the camp.
