Wildhorse Mountain Ranch Policies
Terms of Payment: Upon receipt of your Registration Package and Policies and your deposit or full payment you'll receive confirmation by email. Final payments are due by June 1st, 2012. These forms contain important information associated with your Wildhorsecamp experience, so please read and complete these forms carefully. We accept money orders, bank drafts and certified cheques, (cash on short notice registration) made out to Wildhorse Mountain Ranch
Cancellation Policy: No refunds, unless the cancellation is accompanied by a doctor's note.. Wildhorse Mountain Ranch reserves the right to cancel or alter any aspect of our program.
Wildhorsecamp Expectations: Every cowgirl should arrive at our ranch ready and equipped both physically and emotionally and with the proper gear and clothing for a real ranch experience or they'll be headed home.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Property: Wildhorse Mountain Ranch is not responsible for a camper's lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings. In addition, campers and their parent/s will be held responsible for damage to, or loss of Wildhorse Mountain Ranch property or equipment.
Technology: No cell phones or techno items
Waiver: All participants are required to sign a waiver
Weight Limit: 180 lbs
